A. Active Membership (every member of groups must complete each item)

    • Complete member information • Payment of dues ($25 per person-spouses are free if not a member of the group) • Personal
     testimony • Letter of recommendation from pastor • Photo of applicant or group • Recorded Performance to be reviewed by
     the State Board of Directors • Attendance at  one district meeting as an informal interview

B. Associate Membership

    • Complete member information • Payment of dues ($25-spouses are free)

C. Church Membership

    • Complete member information • Host at least one event annually featuring IGMA artists
